Void Termina
So I wanted to wait until I finished Star Allies before making this, as I wanted to see if Void Termina had any feats that would drastically upgrade the verse. Long story short, he doesn't. Void Termina doesn't appear until the very last battle, and his statements are nothing to write home about, either. The most concrete statements we get about him are that he's the "destroyer of worlds" and that he will "crush the stars". His death explosio could probably be calced, but it's very far from being anything that could grant an upgrade.
Kirby's AP
The reason I was looking for feats is because Kirby's current tier justification is...pretty bad. First off, the Dark Nebula feat listed on his profile is ridiculously overblown. Dark Nebula's awakening "attack" didn't even reach Popstar, and the reason other celestial objects weren't visible was due to the fact Kirby was getting close to/entering what seems to be a black hole. If anything, Dark Nebula destroyed the black hole, which while casual, is not remotely a 4-A feat.
Second, his profile says he "defeated Drawcia while handicapped". This is so disingenous that it hurts. Kirby did not just get handicapped then beat the crap out of Drawcia, anyway. When he first confronts Drawcia, she just turns him into a helpless ball and then leaves. The only reason Kirby is able to confront her later is because of help from the player wielding the magic brush. Yes, this is 100% canon. On top of this, Drawcia's 4-A feat is...honestly kind of dubious. It comes from her transforming part of the galaxy into paint over an unknown period of time. This issue is that this isn't really quantifiable in terms of AP. It's almost purely hax + the scale of said hax.
Kirby's third feat is...briefly pushing back an extremely small portion of a wave that was consuming a parallel reality. This isn't remotely close to tier 4, or anything notable, as the portion of the wave pushed back is barely taller than Kirby.
So out of the three feats listed under Kirby's AP for 4-A, we have a feat that isn't remotely notable or even quantifiable, a feat that's actually 4-B if we make the assumptions we are now, and a feat that is only really 4-A if we're being extremely lenient, and the last feat comes from someone who beats Kirby as soon as he tries to confront her. Great.
Magolor
However, with all this said, there's probably still a way to keep Kirby's current rating, and that involves the infamous outlier named Magolor. For the longest time, we've just kind of assumed Magolor is 3-B to 3-A, which is the reason for Kirby's victory over him being discarded; such a feat is drastically beyond anything else ever showcased in the setting, thus far. However, Magolor was likely never Tier 3, to begin with.
Before you give me some tired crap about downplay, go look at the history of Magolor's page. Go to the very earliest version and look who created it. You're talking to the guy who is the reason for Mags being 3-B to 3-A, in the first place. Looking back on it, I now believe I was wrong.
The closest thing to Multi-Galaxy or Universal feats/statements Magolor has involve a statement that he would control/take over the universe (which obviously isn't AP related), and the collapse of Another Dimension. The issue with this is that Another Dimension has no set size. We've just been assuming it's universal without any evidence. The problem is we don't do this for any other franchise on the site, and Kirby should be no exception.
Fortunately, we do see that Another Dimension contains multiple stars and nebulae, so Magolor manipulating it and the world collapsing upon his defeat would still be at least 4-A. This is the part where Magolor saves Kirby's current rating.
Magolor being high-end Tier 3 is, as it stands right now, an absurd outlier for the verse. But it is an outlier that may not even actually exist. While being well into 4-A would still put Magolor among the best showings the verse has to offer, it's something which is more in-line with other feats and statements, and justifies Kirby's current rating, as well as that of superior villains such as Void Termina, without actually contradicting anything.
Kirby profiles have long been kind of a mess due to an issue that likely isn't even real, and I am convinced this is the way to fix it.

tl;dr versio
- Downgrade Magolor to 4-A
- Fix up Kirby's AP justification, scaling him to the now more acceptable Magolor
- Possibly remove the "At least", as the current reason it's there is extremely unjustified
