King of jobbers Duke it out. (One more vote)

Gilgamesh is likely to just throw swords and get them sent back at his face.

Unless he pulls out something like Ea, Accelerator should be able to take him pretty handily since Gil has a physical body.
 
But he doesn't kill and likely taunt the King of Heroes. He did the same thing to Misaka yet didn't kill her.
 
As much as I want to say Accel, I have to admit that due to Pre-headshot Accel lack of battle experience he is more likely to make mistakes during the battle which I agree that Gil will take advantage of.

I'd say Gil high difficulty due to Accel lack of battle experience and will let his guard down when doing any of his more heavey calculating abilites like the plasma. Either that or it's a stalmate due to Gil not takeing Accel seriously to use Ea to it's full power and Accel is far to inexperience to be able to deal with Gill effectivly.
 
Isn't Gilgamesh lackluster as a swordsman tho?

And can't Accel just dash towards him before he has any idea what happens?

Accel usually stands around and laughs while letting people kill themselves by throwing stuff at him.
 
The only question here is if EA happens before Accel lays a finger on Gil.

SBA dictates that Accel will try to kill Gil, therefore we should assume that Accel will actively try to touch Gil like he did during his fight with Touma or when he felt like it against the sisters.

And I don't know how is going to react Gil when a skinny teenager is trying to punch him. If he says "lol" and tries to tank it, he dies.
 
Just rewatch the Touma fight. Accel trying to touch Touma made him lose. He will try to touch Gil.

Vote Acecel, he will go on the offensive if passive reflection or redirection of attacks isn't getting him anywhere. Besides Accel doesn't need to take Gil serious because the only thing that can possibly harm him is EA. Gil ego is bigger than Accels is.

one problem is that accel tend to brag before he attacks and in this stage he tries to toys with his opponent so Gil might have a wake up call and use EA early

Indeed he will toy around with passive redirection but if that doesn't work or he gets bored he will use attacks that will be decisive. I doubt in this stage of the battle Gil would even be able to descern his ability is different from simple reflection until he gets hit with accels offensive vector manip. Gils EA is usually a last resort even more so than Accel resorting to stealing mintues from the day and even then his ego makes him hate being forced to that option.
 
Hmmm... I'm torn. One of the main things with Gil is that he's perfectly willing to try different weapons if the situation needs it, and it's not impossible to say he may have something with the Hax to affect Accelerator, but that just sounds like a NFL for GoB.

It's pretty funny to say Kid Gil would take this much easier, but yeah I vote for Accelerator as well.
