Oh boy here we go. I was originally just going to have it be Ophelia but you know what? He's fast enough so let's have her unrestricted, both unrestrected. Time Havoc has access to rice.

Speed NOT Equalized, both are in character

Sayaka Miki: 7 (Kaltias, RKGenki, SomebodyData, Gargoyle One, Homu, Sweet Homu, Yobobojojo, RebubleUselet)

Time Havoc: 3 (The Real Cal Howard, Kepekley23, DMUA)

Her Soul Gem needs to be destroyed to kill her.

Her regen is instantaneous even after being almost cut in half.

Knowledge of every Sayaka across infinite timelines making her ludicrously skilled.
 
Assuming this LoC Sayaka, then she doesn't have her soul gem weakness, given Oktavia is already out, I believe.
 
Sleep Manipulation, Soul Removal, life absorption, can summon Ophelia separately, and has Type 2, 3, 6, 7, and 8 immortality to name a few
 
Which is something he has done before and is completely willing to do. He's laughably faster too. But yeah she completely outhaxes him
 
She's greater than Mach 619 and he's around Mach 1100. How not? Unless I'm wrong on the numbers of course
 
@Weekly well, she has experience against a certain popular time stopper before so time stop shouldn't be a problem. How does Time's BFR work?
 
He probably BFRs her.

And then gets his head cut off by a surprise attack from Oktavia, assuming she doesn't pull the same trick she did when Homura tried time stoping.
 
Not even 2x faster is far from laughable, in fact, I don't even think he's .5x faster considering how fast she is compared to Mach 619

How far into 7-B is she?
 
Well it would be less than 18 megatons in this case actually.

Though jokes aside, once Oktavia is on the field, its hard for her to go away. Invisibility, soul removing familiars, speaking of which, there should be enough familiars to almost cover a city, about a quarter of it if Rebellion is anything to go off.
 
That can be very good for him, but first, can he even see past their invisibility?
 
Also also he can use his time manip to a lesser extent to completely freeze incoming attacks before they hit him

Also also also, its 100% in character for him to spam his time manip and portals
 
Oh ok, thx, does anyone in particular have him seeing invisible enemies (currently on the first one, I actually kinda like his Portal Generation spam)
 
Not sure about the invisible thing, why?

Also, minor correction, it was a large cluster of islands, not a city, should still be enough to time stop all of her summons though
 
Looks like Time Havoc should win. He's much stronger, faster, and Regenerationn can be dealt with through BFR.
 
Well I mean, he has to know where they are to BFR them in the first place, even in time stop.
 
What are the chances that they'll be invisible at the start? Or how often do they do it? Time Havoc could time stop from the start or always keep them on their toes, not giving them time to turn invisible.

Turning invisible might just take like a second right?
 
They're just invisible due to their nature as a witch, not any ability that they can turn off or on.
 
Considering how the BFR works, Sayaka can probably just do this.

Also, LoC Sayaka = Ophelia >>>>>>> Sayaka >>>>>>> Mach 619 Homura, so the speed advantage is probably null

And minor nitpick but that time stop looks like very potent time slow. You see the lightning bolts moving right before he jumps

Also yeah, invisibility is passive. And LoC Sayaka doesn't really have a Soul Gem, it got absorbed by Madoka
 
Pretty sure that he can close the portal as soon as she's in there, if he's begins to think that he NEEDS to BFR her then it'll take less than a second for that to happen. You're right about the time stop being time slow but it's almost unnoticeable.

Curiously I don't see where Ophelia is faster than Sayaka. It has never blitzed or shown faster speed than her
