This is Part 3 Wu Geng and Human Garou

In-character, but both are serious about winning.

Win by whatever they would do in-character to win.

Both have basic knowledge of each other (For example: Wu Geng knows of Garou's use of Water Stream Rocking Smashing Fist and some of his basic moves whereas Garou knows about Wu Geng's Smelting Aura technique and some of his basic moves).

Speed equalized.

Who wins?
 
I think I'll go with Garou because he has Reactive Evolution and Adaptation. He also has a higher AP.
 
Yeah, Garou seems to have more going for him, Regenration, Reactive Evolution, Martial Arts.
 
Whatever ap advantage garou has gets mitagated by wu gen's monochrome which halfs his strength.

Also could have sworn monochrome negates durability somewhat, in like it damages their internal organs, that might just have been tian and not wu geng, but definetly monochrome does half his opponents strength.

But garou has low-mid regen, so even if it did cause internal damage, wouldn't matter. Wu geng could make his canon balls and clone to try to take garou out but the regen combined with his martial arts, reactive evolution, and precog, don't see it happening. Wu geng could use dark prison to trap garou in his forcield barrier thing which also drains garou, and then while he is trapped, attack with his canons and clones, but still think the regen and reactive evolution of garou is still too much.

Garou takes this.
