This is not something too big of an update. Just something involving numbers and maths (Even though I can't do calcs)

From this calc, COVERs can tank an explosion of 105 megatons (baseline Mountain level). So COVERs and Mk II E4 who tanked this explosion would be baseline Mountain level, and this scales to Nui clones and Ep 23 Fight Club Mako. No change from the current pages.

But here is the thing: In episode 23, we can see Regalia Finale Nonon blowing up 8 COVERs almost simultaneously, while Regalia Secret Unleashed Uzu destroys 8 COVERs without making direct contact with them. Based on this, it is likely safe to assume 1 Final Regalia E4 member = 8 COVERs. So 105*8 = 840 megatons as a minimum. Mountain level+ for each of them.

Now we move to Satsuki. Since Satsuki is superior to Final Regalia E4's combined powers (as stated in her page), Satsuki should be 840*4 = 3360 megatons = 3.36 gigatons. Large Mountain level+. Scales to TLFS Ryuko, Nui, Primordial Life Fibers, and Rei with DEFCON.

Finally, Ragyo can casually fight both TLFS Ryuko and Satsuki at the same time. So she should be at least 2x stronger than Satsuki. 3.36*2 = 6.72 gigatons. Island level. Scales to Primordial LF Nui.

TL;DR:

  • Regalia Mk II E4, COVERs, Nui clones and Ep 23 Fight Club Mako = 105 megatons = Mountain level
  • Final Regalia E4 = 840 megatons = Mountain level+
  • Satsuki, TLFS Ryuko, Nui, Primordial LF, DEFCON Rei = 3.36 gigatons = Large Mountain level+
  • Base Ragyo and Primordial LF Nui = 6.72 gigatons = Island level

1. Nui does not scale to Satsuki or Ryuko in any way, True Life Fiber synchronized Ryuko stomped her even with both of her scissor blades taken from her and barely held her own against Satsuki without Junketsu

Rest I'll have to wait on

Nui does scale, actually. She and base Satsuki were trading blows WHILE having a conversation (ep 22) and she used her new arms to block both Scissor Blades from Ryuko (ep 24). Both times with her signature shit-eating grin. She only lost that grin when Ryuko grew stronger than before and destroyed her clones (ep 18) and later caught her off-guard to cut off her arms (ep 22)

1. ____ level+ is typically for calcs and in verse stated multipliers. Also I think we should be very conservative when it comes to tier jumps based upon pure scaling alone. I get that it is likely that these characters are above Mountain level, which is why there's a "Likely higher". However Island level when the best feat is Mountain level based upon completely assumed (even if reasonable) multipliers I am not comfortable with.

The profiles are fine as they are.

2. Primordial Life Fiber Nui is absolutely much stronger than Ryuko or Satsuki.

EDIT: Also I agree with Byakushiki Setsura that Base Nui scales.

Satsuki WITHOUT Junketsu was trading blows with her, same with Ryuko, even without it take wasn't in their level.

Also, before that, Nui was getting destroyed in CQC and Nui was shocked to see how strong Ryuko was when they first fought in the stadium.

Scaling off of them despite being fodder to weakened versions of them is very flimsy.

@ Ryu

1. Do we really need that when we have crystal-clear in-verse scaling?

2. I was referring to the Primordial LF, the cocoon-looking, missile-spamming one.

1. At least ___ likely higher is for when an indeterminate higher rating is reasonable, yet not solidly proven. That is completely appropriate here.

2. I know. Responding to the "Nui doesn't scale" stuff.

Well I mean we did give some verses that luxury of tier jump. Example is Mard Geer having Mountain level second form simply because that 2nd form is stronger than the City level+ form. I also took the gap between low and high ends of a tier into consideration

I know that tier jump are acceptable, Ragyo currently has one. However I find making practically everyone a tier higher than any direct feats shown based upon pure scaling or multiple tier jumps to be excessive.

In reality these feats of characters stomping one shotting other characters for the most part is totally unquantifiable, and could even be much higher than you're proposing. Due to these uncertanties, instead of arbitrarily assigning and stacking new tiers on top of each other (besides one minor and fair tier jump under special circumstance perhaps) I think it's better we just go with "Likely higher".

Because they are likely higher, but there's no solid proof like a feat, statement or multiplier and we don't know to what degree they are higher as well.

If I'm outnumbered by other staff/knowledgable members on this I'll accept profile changes, however these are my final thoughts on the matter.

Fair enough. I initially only wanted to get a definitive numerical values for their AP to arrange match-ups, but then maths and scaling stepped in. I'll wait for input from other staff

Bump for more input.

Also, just to clarify. If this doesn't fly, I'd like to at least hear a numerical value for AP of characters from Final Regalia E4 and stronger, because "being stronger than 105 megatons to a vague extend" can make arranging match-ups and discussions quite difficult.

Pretty sure that this is calc stacking. Although I can agree if you want to give them Final Regalia E4 "At least 7-A, likely/possibly higher", given that 7-A is a pretty small tier.

I am fine with High 7-A Ryüko/Satsuki, but it's calc stacking in this case as well.

I'm not fine with 6-C Ragyo
