So i was rereading the Natsu vs Zeref fight and Natsu somehow pulverises Zeref.

I don't think he pulverized Zeref, it looks like he was inside the cloud of dust and was only a bit burned by the attack.

He didn't pulverize Zeref at all. As Kkapoios said, he was inside the dust cloud. The lack of a dust cloud in the second scan you posted is just Mashima trying to build up tension.

Than way was he not visivle when Natsu first attacked him? Even the Editor wrote Zeref Pulverized!?
