Well, for some time, Something has been bothering me about infinite zamasu and his low multiverse tier, let me explain myself clearly

Zamasu is really 2-C ?
this is the point that bothers me the most, he his noted 2-C for affecting another space time with some time but zamasu didn't affect the other space time with only his power but thanks to trunks:

• trunks has created a brech towards the present with his time travel, the first time, Black is attracted into the present because of trunks travel
• Secondly, when Zamasu came into the present, Krilin said that it's like when goku black come
• Thirdly, he appears in thesame place where Goku Black has comeand the time machine

My point here is Zamasu has affected the present because of trunks travel through time, there is to many proof that he his appears into the present because of trunks, Zamasu became just the Space time in the trunks world in this context he was going to become 2-C but thanks to "help"

• Trunks create a breach in time between two timeline
• Zamasu became one with the space time of his own universe but thanks to the breach, he is engulfed in the present

@Dodo that still doesn't change the fact that Zamasu was able to merge with the timelines. By that logic, everyone that can affect every timeline should be downgraded because of some unintentional help, even though it doesn't change the fact that their power can still affect that much timelines.

If he can fuse w/ 2 universes... Even if it's gradual, means he'll eventually become one with both. Affecting both of them simultaneously proves such explicitly. We saw implications of this in the episode IZ first showed up.
