-Anything higher than 4-C would be an outlier for Yukari

-Gensokyo is 6-C size. Destroying it is mere hax

-"Infinite dimensional" is nonsense and nowhere close being implied

-Quantum Mechanics doesn't prove Infinite D at all

-String Theory and Quantum Mechanics aren't separate things at all. In fact, the former is a branch of the latter

-Thus, Gensokyo itself has no reasons to have Infinite D

-Destroying an infinite D structure =/= Destroying the concept of dimensions

-Non-Euclidean isn't dimensionless

i think Cirno should be 3-A tbh, she can manipulate cold which means that she can manipulate cold across the universe

But in all seriousness, Yukari-sama has not demonstrated feats that are worthy of Tier 4 and higher. Those who disagree are basing her on speculation, and are therefore immediately incorrect.
 
that "Large Planet" Marisa's Feat could actually be Large Star, 'cause that spell card use the word Hoshi µÿƒ.
 
Still can't believe that Yukari is listed as being weaker than Eirin and Okuu in this wiki. I really don't buy that.
 
Cirno didn't really beat Yukari... The fighting games still use the Spellcard Rules, so there's an explanation for the victory.
 
Whenever I see people degrade Yukari, it's for the reason that Gensokyo isn't that large. However, Yukari has been shown to affect a lot more than just Gensokyo, as she can access the outside world, fictional worlds, and even pictures. I'd very much like to know if the same arguments still stand even then.

Also, Yukari (and a good number of other characters) should not in a billion years be weaker than Okuu. If we can scale characters to Suika, why exactly can't we scale them to Okuu?

You mean simply teleporting there? Because that's all she does. Only Genskyo she can destroy and maybe she can somewhat affect the Netherworld as a whole. It's range, yes, but certainly not AP.

Okuu is powered up by a Lunarian God and Eirin is actually a top god tier on the Moon. Coming anywhere near close to scaling Yukari to them would just break the tiering system to bits. If Hecatia moved to Gensokyo this wouldn't make Yukari 3-A via scaling to her. We have logic to hold on to that bypass all that hyping up about Yukari being above everyone in Gensokyo.

Suika is a totally different case, given that people superior to Onis are beaten quite regularly by Hermits and aren't considered outrageously above Gensokyo as a whole unlike the Lunarian Gods.
