Intro (This Is The Single Most Important Part Here So PLEASE READ THE INTRO)

This thread will be about the varying power levels and "multiplier' statements in the verse, and if they should be allowed to be used or not.

The verse has a few calculations and a shit ton of slight backscaling, which... doesn't make the most sense for a verse with the ridiculous gaps that there are.

We already tackled the Reigun multiplier, so I'll leave that in the past.

Please note, for most of these, it isn't just upscaling. Some multipliers will go for lower level characters, as someone can have a 6 GT feat, be "50x weaker", and become 120 MTs with a 110 MT calc support.
Most of these HOPEFULLY will have supports in the series so it isn't just random highballed upscaling.

A lot of these are just supporting justifications for a verse that lacks many. So someone can scale to 1 ton and have a 3x multiplier, but they can scale to someone with a 5 ton feat, the multiplier is just there to provide consistency.

Jaganshi Form Multiplier

The first multiplier in the series is the Jaganshi Form multiplier, which says that it boosts Hiei's fighting abilities many times over. (Source).
His Youki is boosted. His Jagan's ability is boosted. His speed is boosted. His strength is boosted.
As a "many times" multiplier (4x or more), Hiei's stats will be multiplied by 4 with his Jaganshi form.

Genkai Power Levels

Genkai's Tournament had a punching machine measuring the strength and speed of peoples' punches.
These were the results.
Rando also said that Yusuke in combat tops over 200p while he got a 155p in the regular contest.
These are speed and strength power levels.

Chu and Rinku Difference

Chu's kick on Yusuke was stated to be 10,000 times fiercer than Rinku's by the dude who can sense energy and who got kicked by Rinku.
But a different translation spooked me, and since Viz has its issues with YYH, I checked the raws and it said that his kick had 10,000 the power of Rinku's.
This statement was made by Kuwabara, someone who can sense energy and someone who got kicked by Rinku.

The proof is light as of the moment, but if this calculation gets accepted, it'll make Yusuke and Chu scale to 1/6th the value, or 20 Kilotons, around 10,000x the power of where Rinku would scale (2 tons, but the calc they'd scale above would be this one, 1.47 tons) in the future.
(Before you say "but the profiles", this right here is very very wrong)
Likely Large Town level (Just below the demon class of the likes of Shishiwakamaru, Chū, Jin, Toya)
This is not to upscale Chu specifically, but it's to backscale Rinku to the other values around that for a solid consistent rating for Rinku and Kuwabara, who lack super solid feats around that value with pure physicals.

Black Dragon Multiplier

The Black Dragon is stated to enhance Hiei's abilities to the Nth Degree.
Nth degree means "as much as possible". Source? Google.

The Black Dragon is Hiei’s greatest special move.
Absorbing the Black Dragon is Hiei's "strongest and unparalleled special technique".
(Source for both)
Hiei's durability, strength and speed also gets amplified by absorbing the dragon.

The amp for the Black Dragon Absorption should be superior to the Jaganshi Multiplier, same for the Black Dragon technique as well. Both 4x stronger and Dragon absorption makes him 4x faster.

Chu Reigun vs Early Younger Toguro Reigun

Chu says that the Reigun that (Aura Locks) Yusuke used on Toguro was three times stronger than the one he used on him.
Simple, should be 3x stronger.
But as there is a calculation for the Reigun (that needs to be accepted), Yusuke's Reigun on Chu would be three times weaker, following that 10,000x statement above with Rinku.

Younger Toguro's Percentages

Toguro has an issue with his percentages.
His 30% was stated to be a third of his full strength, so pretty much kinda linear.
But the issue is how he holds up with others.

Yusuke was saucing 80% Toguro badly and destroyed em.
His Reigun, which is supposed to be 2x stronger than his physicals, got blown apart by his 100% yell. His yell. Him just yelling.

The gaps inbetween his levels are drastically exaggerated.

Yusuke is Orders of Magnitude Above A Class

Yusuke's Low S Class Youki was stated to be many orders of magnitude above anything the SDF has ever encountered.
10^4 = 10,000.
The SDF has encountered King Enma, who is now 3 Teratons. This would make Yusuke at least 30 Petatons, support for his 67.4 Petatons in the same key.

Makai Power Levels

Now here's the meat and bones for the scaling.
The S Class demons have a precise power level system based on actual math and such, where they measure their Total Demonic Power and Offensive Power.
The Total Demonic Powers shouldn't be linear, as they're more aligned with NNT multipliers, specific stats and such, so having 2x TP wouldn't be having 2x AP.
But Offensive Power should be linear. TP is shown to be linear, and it's still based on linear values although OP has a little more going for it.
On top of that, the support for those power levels is the previous comparative graph showing the difference in stats between the Kings and their Kingdoms.

They would have a base value and scale off of that. The base value for OP would be from Hokushin, who's OP is 5,900.

Conclusion/TLDR

There's a bunch of multiplier statements and power levels that need to be evaluated.
