So I just realized how fun of a match this could be, I'm betting on inconclusive personally.

9-A key for both, Pre-Schrodinger Alucard and Freddy has the Necronomicon.

Well Freddy's got a hell of a lot more abilities then I thought. What's stoping Alucard from drinking his soul?

I assume the Necronomicon itself, since it's woven into his chest. He's drawing strength from the entirety of the Deadite dimension. He's also empowered by three dream spirits, and all of his and Jason's past victim's souls.

Plus doesn't Alucard have to kill Freddy first before he's able to drink his soul?

It's been a while but I'm pretty sure he's killed a couple of people by drinking them.

Drinking their blood I assume, and then via their deaths he gets the soul.

Plus Freddy is able reap souls as well, so if Alucard does that I see it being a funny back and forth thing between them.

Not really. He later summoned the guys soul to fight for him as one of his ghouls.

well alucard is almost immune to illusion and mind manipulation and he's immortal and don't have real weakness (he hold back against human) so i don't know how he would lose and for sure he wont be scared of freddy since at worst he would found it annoying or maybe even funny.

Freddy's powers aren't based on fear with the Necronomicon.

The question is does the Necronomicon give Freddy the power to kill Alucard since Alucard just need to wait to win since the power of Freddy come with a countdown and every power that Freddy alone as, Alucard counter them and from what i see in the freddy page the only thing i'm asking myself is to what extent the reality warping and power nullification work.

i'm refering to the Freddy's page| After fusing with the Necronomicon, Freddy will invariably, inevitably have all of his powers stripped away from him by his Dream Demons, leaving him a normal man once again. |

....That was very circumstancial, it only happened when the dream demons and the necronomicon felt betrayed because of Freddy's big mouth, very CIS. There's no actual set time limit to my knowledge.

How many souls can Freddy reap at a time? If he doesn't have good speed feats for soul reaping, he gets out-reaped.

Alucard's soul reaping is based on how much blood he can chug.
