Reading Yomi's profile, her AP makes no sense, but it appears to be something like 6.3 gigatons, maybe. Meanwhile, Origami scales to 38,5 Gigatons. So 6 times.

To at least start the debate, Origami usually start with danmaku of ball of light to overwhelm her opponent(s), she also usually imprisoned her opponent in a cage of light and destroyed all that is inside the cage alongside her power, she also predict the opponent movement and don't let him any occasion to answer with attacks.

Unless someone tells what does Yomi lead with or if she has acess to her optional abilities, I'm voting Origami via way better AP and danmaku.

Eh, going to go with Origami, for now, I don't really know anything on Yomi, but, after giving her profile a cursory glance, she seems to have the hax for the fight, However, Danmaku and the massive ap advantage sounds like a win for Origami.

So, unless we get some more info on the scale of that mindhax and if it's her leading move, then I'm going with Origami.

Yomi's tier assumes that there were at least 1000 people her powers were divided between (more than a town worth of people, so lowballing it to 1000).

Since each had enough power to make a storm (about 9 megatons), she gains more than a thousand times that is 9 gigatons.
