Greetings everyone, i will try to make this CRT as understandable as possible. For years people have tried to lower neighboring world's size inside the Date A Live's cosmos. I will cover these points and make a proposal for this realm, i will also try to cover additional justifications for the god-tiers of the verse. Huge thanks to @Omazio2019 for helping me very much during the creation and development of this CRT, providing the japanese raw scans.
Adressing the term "world"
This may be a little confusing but within DaL, the term "world" can have several contexts, it can refer to both the planet and the universe in Date A Live. In fact "universe" and "world" are sometimes used as words that function as synonyms.
As in the case of Tohka where she creates a pocket dimension that in the context presented, is just a dimension that is superimposed in the planet, where Tohka manipulates reality so much to the point that things work and occur in a way according to her wishes within her dimension. That's why her dimension is called an ideal world. When her dimension is destroyed alongside with everything that exists there, they make it very clear that "world" here refers to a planet since in the context of the destruction scene, they clearly mention that the most destructive thing that happened there was Tohka's own copy of earth, which got splintered when her entire pocket dimension got destroyed. Therefore, from this context we can assume that, in fact "world" here refers to the planet.
Why the Neighboring World is an universal-sized dimension
So, with the evidence gathered and taking into consideration our standards for a realm to be considered universal in size:
I propose that Mio Takamiya and the god-tiers of Date A Live gain further justification for being Low 2-C or at least possibly Low 2-C. Since we know that Mio's birth gave the existence of the neighboring world and she can use it to overwrite the main universe, she's also stated to have control of the neighboring world.

Why the Neighboring World is an universal-sized dimension
- As explained previously "world" can refer to either the universe or the planet, in the case of Tohka's dimension for example, it is used contextually to refer to the planet. However, it is important to note that when the characters refer to the neighboring world they contextually use the word "world" as a synonym for universe. Throughout the whole Date A Live's series, it is consistently established that the size of the neighboring world far exceeds an planetary size. First we need to check the information inside Date A Bullet, a series written within the Date A Live universe that expands cosmological concepts, with a script supervised by Koshi Tachibana, the author of DAL. He is also accredited as being one of the authors of the Date A Bullet's Light Novel in every LN's covers. In fact, Tachibana was very present during the creation and development of DAB, Yuichiro who is the main writer of the Date A Bullet's LN even states this, that what happens inside DAB is supervised by Tachibana and he cannot write whatever he wants there, Tachibana is observing him during the development of each volume from the novel.
- Now what's DAB inside DAL? DAB is a series that explores more about the neighboring world and its concepts, because its story takes place inside this alternate dimension to the main universe. So, one of the lines that are most often used out of context to try to limiy the neighboring world's size to only 5-B is a line from Hibiki in DaB, where she states that this world would not be able to support a sun and Kurumi saying after, that a sun would be too big to fit there. However, it is important to note that Hibiki's word should in no way be taken as some kind of WoG due to her conditions that are revelaed later in the novel, we are told that she had lost her memories, she even says this directly. Kurumi's words should also not be taken as WoG because she just discovered this alternative dimension, how can we take her word for something like that when she haven't even explored this dimension properly yet? that's why Kurumi says she "guess" a sun would be too large to fit there, she isn't sure about that information. Both Kurumi and Hibiki made comments based on their limited knowledge about the neighboring world at the beggining of the novel. Anothe scan that people try to use to debunk is the one where it says its extension can cover the entire earth but this does not prove that it is a planetary-sized dimension because. It is never stated that its maximum size is that, only that it can cover the planet and a universal-sized dimension could easily cover the planet. This line also takes place before Mio's birth and was made by the wizards that were creating her, why are we taking them as as legitimate sources of the size of the neighboring world? first they make assumption based on their calculations, they do not dictate an empirical information. They never explored the neighboring world to be considered legitimate sources because this dimension was created at the time that Mio was born, we shouldn't take this as legitimate proof because it comes from unreliable characters in this matter, they never stated that this is the neighboring world's maximun size and more important, their word is contradicted in chronologically later events.
- Regardless, we are told and shown later that their quotes are blatantly false when in later chapters of DAB, when Kurumi goes to take a bath in the morning sunlight, even the japanese raw scan states this. It is also stated again about a dazzling sun existing inside the neighboring world. Here it's also stated that a sun and a moon both coexist inside the neighboring world. Another scan stating that a moon exists there. One more japanese raw scan stating that there's a sun there. Here's another scan stating that the characters can feel the heat of the sun inside the neighboring world.
- We are also told that there is a starry sky inside the neighboring world and that there are several stars in the sky. Another scan that references a starry sky there. Even the anime adaptation of DAB showed the existence of a starry sky within the neighboring world.
- The neighboring world is also stated to seem to have an infinite scenary and later they confirm that the sky inside the neighboring world is indeed infinite. Sky serves as a synonym for space.
- During the final arc of DAL, Kurumi, who had already witnessed and experienced the events of DAB that occur inside the neighboring world, outright calls it being another universe when she's explaining the origins of a spirit to Shido. The official translation of DAL also calls the neighboring world as a parallel universe.
- The neighboring world is also stated to be a parallel space-time, separeted from the main universe through a thin layer. During the final fight between Kurumi and the White Queen, they both could control the time and space of the neighboring world, implying even more the existence of a space-time there. Here's another scan stating that they both could supervise/control the space and time of the neighboring world.
- The neighboring world is also capable of rewriting/overwrite the universe. The main universe in DAL is the world of humans and it's stated to be infinite in size just like the neighboring world. It's also stated to have an space-time since without concepts such as space-time, humans couldn't survive.
So, with the evidence gathered and taking into consideration our standards for a realm to be considered universal in size:
Universe
The Universe is all of space and time and their contents, including planets, stars, galaxies, all forms of matter and energy. Due to the unknown spatial size of the universe, we use the size of the observable universe as a baseline for universal feats. The observable universe is currently...
