Sure, I can see why people would have the interpretation that is being argued for in the OP. But I don't think the evidence is strong enough for Yhwach to be straight Universal with his casual AP, with the same extending to True Shikai Ichigo and Aizen.

They open into Garganta, but that is what is on the other side of the portal. The "fabric" that is being ripped open is not the Garganta itself.

If the evidence exists then that's what possibly's/likely's are for, not just dismissing the feat entirely.
Also, the last part of your post makes it seem like you're against it because it scales to other people.

What would True Shikai Ichigo's rating be?
Evaluating how feats fit into the overall scaling is also a part of judging its applicability to profiles.

The OP has an entire section of scaling. TS Ichigo and Weakened SK have nothing to do with the CRT at all. This key would remain as it is.

that doesnt make sense though. If the fabric isnt garganta, then what is shown on panel each time cannot be some sort of fabric keeping the realms apart. They dont rip into the dangai, and the realms themselves dont keep themselves apart. It has to be garganta to what its referring there.

On one side of the portal is Dimension X (Soul Society, Hueco Mundo, etc.) on the other side of the portal is the Garganta. The thing in the middle, what the portal is ripping open, is the "fabric" of the dimensions.
So True Shikai Ichigo would be Multi-Continental and his Hollowfication or Bankai is enough to make him Universal?

There will never be a time when yhwach will destroy the dengue, but there are many times when yhwach will destroy the SS living world and huce mundo. We are even told by the ganju that yhwach will destroy garganta, yhwach will destroy garganta, huce mundo, the SS, and the living world, while it has been stated many times by himself or others that he will destroy the yhwach or dangai that never comes out of someone else's mouth, or that yhwach will destroy them. I mean, manga and Novel, you think you can't destroy them, while giving us too much evidence that yhwach will do them, you don't care and ignore them, I think please weigh this issue more accurately.

town level Akuto jumped to low 2C. It can't be in ichiban and then it became 1A. So why would it be so impossible for ichigo to jump to low 2C?

To me, it should only be the true bankai. Yhwach, whom Ichigo fought while he was a Merged hollow form, had deliberately weakened his own strength to instill despair in Ichigo's. (also Yhwach had skipped one more form after Merged ichigo, and in that final form he would destroy.)

The thing it is not a straight-up Universal AP.
Is a "At least Planet, possibly Universal" to the last key of the god tiers given all the tons of proofs regarding the magnitude of the feats, The OP has a lot of proofs supporting this scenario.
I believe the scaling should be like the on the OP conclusion, the candidate and also possible candidate thing is Unkwown stuffs or possibly higher like the WKS, that depends on how they power grew, because for example Yhwach to became that powerful to actually perform everything as he pleased he gained an exponential boost by absorbing Reio parts and Body Reiatsu, so I believe it should scale only to Him and Ichigo with Bankai/aizen since they fought Him.

The Soul Society: Contains a starry sky, likely even galaxies, possibly even a universe or a universe sized space time continuum (equal to the World of the living
The Hueco Mundo: Unknown sized with endless night & white Sands
Hell: Unknown Sized, Likely Multi Planetary
Dangai: Unknown Sized but likely far smaller than World of the living or soul society time here flows differently
Garganta: Contains everything, is an endless void that connects all realms
Yhwach's Feat: Destroying multiple Worlds which are at least Multi Solar System Sized likely even universes, Possibly evev separate space time continuums (though thats debatable)
Who scales to Yhwach : EoS Aizen, EoS Ichigo, The soul king ,possibly jugram with almighty,possibly mimihagi

Kubo is saying to let your imagination go wild based on what we heard from Ichibe and Tokinada. He doesn't say "Everything Ichibe and Tokinada said is 100% facts."

I wrote just Uni for explaining, what I think should be used as definitive scaling is:
"At least Planet possibly Universal to Universal+" for Yhwach/Bankai Ichigo and Aizen. Without overcomplicating stuff too much.
True Shikai, should stay Multi-C, but likely higher due to the fact we cant quantify precisely how much it is strong when he is serious, for reasons explained above about candidates and Yhwach power Boost and because we have things like WSK at Unkown, so we cant scale him and I think they should stay like that since stabilization feats are gone forever.
