This is just Dialga vs Xeno Goku, but replace Roar of Time with Spacial Rend. There's even less gray area here because Goku has absolutely no resistance to spatial manipulation that I can see.

Xeno Goku has Spatial Manipulation, but it's not really combat applicable based on what I've read. Xeno Goku can create his own spaces as well.

Pretty much every time its fought, Anime, Manga, Generations, and Movie, Spacial Rend is its go to move when it attacks, as is consistent with other Pokemon normally favouring their signature move.

Dialga didn't lead with Roar of Time on the movie about him and Palkia, so I'll put that into doubt.

Yes it did, it was its second action and first move after clashing heads with Palkia, and even then in the anime episodes and Generations Special, as well as the manga Roar of Time and Spacial Rend are the first moves they use to attack.

The darkrai movie, manga + Pokemon Ranger. Arguably Mystery Dungeon too, but it was never named as spatial rend.

Yeah even with his AP advantage, unless Xeno Goku nukes the multiverse immediately; Dialga's invulnerability and type 3 acausality will simply so "NOPE" to any other lesser attack.

I doubt Xeno Goku will fair better against Palkia but I'll reserve judgement for now.
