BDE type 1 is not that good ngl, it doesn't seem to give interactability advantages, only temporal and spatial hax resistances and other such things.
The good one is type 2.

Immunity[even for type 1], not resistance. Since it also doesn't trace a path through space-time[according to the BDE page itself], History erasure wouldn't work either

Well, that depends If Goku summons her, which is unlikely since is not first move of even Second, and If he don't die before doing it, because afterwards is gonna be Arale vs RImuru anyway.

So changing to her just shorten the process.

True enough.
From my earlier posts, I clarified how Rimuru also outspeeds Xeno, so given Rimuru's first move is for Ciel to analyze the target and then use the best move available, Rimuru would likely go with a killing blow.
