While the standards can speak for themselves, I think it's because even if a character can move in 4-Dimensional time, they won't be able to move to even the next snapshot in 5-dimensional time, while those with immeasurable speed on 5-dimensional time can still do that. After all, Immeasurable speed is based on movement in time, and time has levels.

BDE type 1 is not that good ngl, it doesn't seem to give interactability advantages, only temporal and spatial hax resistances and other such things.
The good one is type 2.
But I repeat the main problem here is CM1
