In Transformers Armada, the main plot revolves around the Decepticons and Autobots searching for minicons since they can amplify their strengths, a process which is always called a power-link. A power-link is something refered to everything that combines more then one bot, not specific to just Minicons, and when something enhances more then the normal minicon process, it is stated these are all the examples of this happening

In one of those bios, Overload, who can combine with Optimus Prime in a normal power-link process, is said to enhance his physicals by 1.8 and nothing is ever brought up about how this power-linking process is in any way, superior to what the Minicons offer, is this enough to make the base power-link modifier 1.8 or not?

1.8 for AP, Durability and Striking Strength seems fine but not others like Speed and Lifting Strength unless there are other statements regarding those two.

I was not even go for Dura, speed seems to be based on specific Minicons, they go out of their way to mention when Minicons enhance speed
