LOTM was recently upgraded to 1-A iirc, but not High 1-A. I'll drop a warning, but if other staff thinks a ban should be intact, then I'll also be in support of it.

That's only based on my experience that I once had a Low 1-C CRT that passed with 2 staff votes, and told that I can apply the thread with 2 staff votes. Though, looking back, that CRT merely only applied to one single character's hax and was only Low 1-C, while your CRT seems rather verse-wide and is High 1-C. So after consideration, the 2 cases should not be compared and I think you still gotta seek out 3 staff approvals nonetheless. Especially since its Arrowverse, which is a DC hence can arise quite a lot of popularity and controversy.
