Bleed Space (aka The Bleed) contains an infinite number of universes that are 2-B, possible 2-A, and the number of these universes increases exponentially multiplied by probability. And extend to the highest levels of reality, above the normal multiverse.

This means The Bleed should extend to the highest levels of reality, above the normal multiverse. So Bleed Space extends to the Cosmic Plane.

It was accepted in this thread that the Cosmic Plane is High 1-C.

Since Bleed Space extends to the Cosmic Plane, it must be High 1-C.

We will not write this upgrade anywhere for now.

There is currently no Arrowverse cosmology blog. I plan to make one soon. When I make the Cosmology Blog, The Bleed will be featured on the blog and other users will be able to learn from the blog that The Bleed is H1C.
