Why is Fused Zamasu such a weak Potara Fusion?

Let's be completely real here, other than that Kabito Kai wannabe who tried to fight against Super Buu only to be **** blocked by Old Kai telling him your weak go home which actually makes sense since he is a Potaro Fusion of a two garbage tier joke characters, Fused Zamasu by no means should be weak!

He is a Potara Fusion of Super Saiyan Rose Black and Future Zamasu who are perspective rivals to Super Saiyan Blue Goku and Super Saiyan Blue Vegeta in power, so logically Super Saiyan Rose Fused Zamasu should be a rival to Super Saiyan Blue Vegito in power correct? Wrong, not what we saw in the anime and manga adaptations of Dragon Ball Super.

In the manga version, the fight between Fused Zamasu and Vegito was described by the manga fans as Vegito vs Super Buu 2.0 because of how one-sided the fight was in Vegito's side similar to Vegito vs Super Buu fight.

In the anime version, Vegito had many opportunities to kill Fused Zamasu over 9000 times hadn't it been for Fused Zamasu's immortality saving him starting with the Spirit Stab to the chest.

To make things worse for our friend Fused Zamasu, in both version he was beaten around the bush/being bullied by a non-fusion opponents whom Fused Zamasu should have easily curb stomped in a fight. How is someone who is supposedly equal in power to either Super Saiyan Blue Goku and Super Saiyan Blue Vegeta was able to kill Super Saiyan Rose Fused Zamasu by simply absorbing a Spirit Bomb from a half-dead planet with only few inhabitants? A better question is, how is someone who is equal in power to either Super Saiyan Rose Black and Fused Zamasu was able to match a fusion of them both in power by simply mastering a transformation?

If Kefla a Potara Fusion of Kale and Caulifla was able to give Potential Unleashed Gohan and Super Saiyan Blue Goku trouble during their fight as a mere Legendary Super Saiyan, then there shouldn't even be a fight between Fused Zamasu and his non-fusion opponents, it should have ended with Fused Zamasu killing both Future Trunks and Goku by simply flexing his wrist!

For those of you people who are completely lost from what I'm getting at right now, think of a scenario where we replace Super Saiyan Blue Vegito in Super Saiyan Rose Fused Zamasu's shoes and Super Saiyan Blue Vegito is the one who ends up getting beaten around the bush/being bullied by the same non-fusion opponents using the same scenarios. How would you feel? That's how I'm feeling right now.

Fused Zamasu is such an awesome Potara Fusion character who has unique techniques and move sets unlike any other Potara Fusions, I hate of how Akira Toriyama did him dirty in both the anime and manga.

Welp, in short I would say that Zamasu is simply too weak to compare to the likes as SSB Goku/Vegeta and SSR Black, so Goku >> Zamasu, Black > Goku, and Vegeta > Black (manga-wise), that would mean that the resulting fusion between Black and Zamasu is P*(Zamasu + Black) ~ P*Black, so the only thing that the potara did was boost Black power and gives himmZamasu immortality, but that's it.

Zamasu was actually evenly matched with Vegito in the anime. He even tanked his final kamehameha. Manga Zamasu is a weakling yeah.

That's relative, is could be that manga Zamasu is weak, or that manga Vegetto is strong (considering that he still have advantage against Vegeta and Goku I would say that is the last option, Vegetto is also compared with Beerus).

1. Goku and Vegeta were stronger than Black and Zamasu.

2. It's likely because they fused while Goku Black was transformed, also explains why we never saw a base Merged Zamasu.

Zamasu was too weak to give enough Power to Fused Zamasu, hence why Beverly was superior

Although Manga Vegerot is absurdly strong, blowing half of Fused Zamasu with a simple blast while on base AND tired is nothing to sneeze at

You sure they were "evenly matched"? Because the fight was already over when Fused Zamasu got stabbed in this particular scene in the anime by Vegito. The only reason why he was still alive afterwards is because of Immortality.

He wasn't immortal. Trunks killed him. Zamasu was immortal but Black was not. This caused an instability that made him lose his immortality and weakened his Regenerationn. Plus Zamasu wasn't really bothered by the sword and easily crushed it before going huge. We also have Zamasu overpowering Vegito in a strength clash, knocking him on the ground with his punch and making him cough out blood. He also tanked the final kamehameha like i said earlier. They were definitely equals.

He was still able to regenerate hence why he even managed to survive Vegito's Spirit Stab in the first place, so technically the fight was already over in that particular scene.

Zamasu is composed of Goku Black (who isn't that much stronger than Goku or Vegeta when Black fused) and Zamasu, who is curbstomped by SS2 Goku super-casually.

The components to create Merged Zamasu are, overall, far weaker than the components for making Vegito and Gogeta. As Vados says, it's the sum of the parts that are then multiplied.

Vegeta and Goku as a combination are stronger than MZ's components in addition to the fact that they have an additional boost from being rivals. Future Zamasu is weaker than both of Goku and Vegeta by a significant amount, and Vegeta had just gotten done beating the **** out of Black.

Please refrain from commenting on very old abandoned threads. This is what's typically referred to as a "Necro". It's rather bothersome for both other members and staff.

Anyway, I'll close this thread.
