Why is Dangan Tenshi Fan-Club considered connected to One-Punch Man

Basically, I was looking at the OPM verse page and found the Himiko Natsuno page, which states the following regarding why Dangan Tenshi Fan-Club is considered connected to OPM:

Note: Dangan Tenshi Fan-Club appears to be connected to the One Punch Man verse, due to sharing the same author, same illustrator, similar themes, character designs and Himiko being heavily featured in Promo Artwork for the later series. However, how connected is unknown as of now.

The problem is... this doesn't imply canonicity. Having the "same author, same illustrator, similar themes, character designs" isn't a valid reason for something to be counted as canon, otherwise we might as well consider Edens Zero canon to Fairy Tail due to sharing Mashima as writer and illustrator, reusing many characters's designs (most notably Happy and Jellal, who himself has the same design as Sieghart from Mashima's other series RAVE), and both have a theme of companionship. Himiko being featured in artwork for OPM also isn't a reason to consider canonicity, otherwise the entire Shounen Jump collection would share canon due to the tons of artworks putting their characters (mainly the MCs) together. And the fact the note agrees that even then how are they connected is unknown basically means that no, there's no actual proof here that it is canon, so the characters from here should be removed from the OPM verse page into a verse page of their own.

PD: I didn't make this as a CRT because, thankfully, no one from Dangan Tenshi Fan-Club scales to any OPM character, so no stats are affected.

Hello!

It's because Daichi Oogami appears in the one-shot, and the character explains he's transferred to a new school since his father moved cities due to his job.

Daichi Oogami is the main character of another ONE / Murata one-shot, "Monster of Earth", and that one explicitly takes place in the One Punch Man world. Daichi and his dad live in Z-City. Though this is all probably taking place way before any of the events of the manga happened.

I see, if that other one-shot is explicity set in Z-City, then it would indeed be canon to OPM. In that case, then we should change the justification of why it is considered canon and link all its character to the OPM verse page, since, while linked on the verse page, Daichi Oogami and Genoboyle don't link back to it.
