Why does Himura Kenshin have supersonic+ Reactions?

Not really a content revisions Thread I was just wondering Why he had supersonic+ reactions

His page says Its because he reacted to someone he couldn't see So I guess my main question is Why does that make somebody supersonic+

Doesn't that imply aim dodging ..... Or well blocking In this case

Which pages? The bullet blocking pages? It happens in chapter 7 pages 14-17

Though I should note That Kenshin also reacted to a canon ball mid flight in chapter 4 (he cut it in half)
