I mean Gwen got lucky in the Piccolo fight because she can sense life-force anyone with a oneshot AP advantage should be able to oneshot unless it is obvious they are a very large threat.

It depends on how you look at it. It's safe to say that, for example, pretty much any High 5-A from Fairly Odd Parents would destroy her simply by being far higher into the tier and having more hax on top of it.
