Authoral statements claim that he's the strongest and fastest in history in his prime. And supplementary material actually implies that Squidward at his peak could stop and kill Patrick before he gets out of control. As such, I think we have enough evidence to suggest if Pat fought Squidward in his prime, he would be defeated before he gets to fast making Squidward the victor in question.
