I don't agree with 6th Dimensional Spongebob, since we see other "Real World" people like Patchy and Burger Beard interact with Spongebob just fine, implying they exist within the same dimension.

Psychomaster wasn´t talking about the "Real world" that exists inside Spongebob´s Universe, but other Real World that see this universe as fiction (Basically the same "Real World" that appears at the start of every SpongeBob comic)

IIRC The Magic Book itself (The one capable of doing the Plot Manipulation) is capable of viewing SpongeBob and Plankton while they were time travelling which granted it Universal+ range

Normally, this plot is not just a normal plot, but an event that affects the events in this universe. This plot normally has the ability to change everything it contains. So, as a result of this situation, I think the plot manipulation will be low 2-c.
