Well didn't think I was gonna make another one of these but here I am.

So Whis has BFR for sending Goku and Vegeta to another dimension which is fine.

But that dimensions has some effects (As we can see here)

Basically if you can't control your energy you can't move so I think Whis and maybe other angels should have Paralysis inducement for this.

Also I think it should be a mention over even a upgrade for Vegeta intelligence because he figured it before Goku and he's first time being exposed to the dimension without knowledge before hand

Nah, no, Goku said it directly, God Ki immense pressure make them unable to move, not the effect of the dimension Whis sent them into, just that the dimension is filled with God Ki which exert pressure thus make Goku and Vegeta unable to move. This should ability for God Ki users

Well yeah the dimension is filled with God Ki

God ki has a pressure but if they can't control or stop the ki from leaking out they can't move within this dimension.Which would all be the same effect of being paralyzed.

Considering we've never seen God ki paralyze someone outside of the extreme situation of a dimension full of it, I don't think it's wise to add it as ah ability for God ki, paralyzing for whis and angles I think makes sense

Since when is Beerus Paralysis considered a application of he's GOD ki?
Also I agree that God ki has pressure but the pressure doesn't cause paralysis even in the clip you show the Supreme ki and everyone else could move just fine.

I did but this isn't the same as the Dimension broly can't control he's power at all but was able to break free which I guess you could argue it's because of he's Reactive Evolution or that Goku's ability isn't the same either or.

no it shouldn't be, cause it isn't truly Whis power, he just drop them into a dimension which is filled God Ki, unless you can prove that Whis is the creator of this dimension, and again the paralysis didn't even come directly from Whis anyway, it is an indirect effect caused by the God Ki

Whis is still capable of sending them there. He'd still get paralysis via BFR to send dimension.

By this logic characters with gear wouldn't get abilities. We just have to figure out how to word it.

You haven't shown a character getting paralyzed by God ki, you showed characters feeling the pressure of God ki and moving without a problem.

I remember this one. It does support GOD ki having paralysis effects mostly towards characters that don't have God ki. But the dimension is different

This makes a lot of sense to me, I strongly agree that this ability can be generalized to all God Ki and there's no reason to think otherwise. However:

It would probably have to be indexed as something like Limited Passive Paralysis Inducement since this paralysis seems to work by turning someone's erratic energy discharges against themselves (basically only works on characters with explosive aura and the like).
