Not really. It's made clear that canon characters use canon stats. Vegito is a canon character. Gogeta is not.

Saiyan Beyond God is a non canon term from a game, it doesn't exist in DBS. Please don't use Dragon Ball Wikia, they are absolutely clueless about canonicity

OK. That's yet another answer that's completely relevant to the opening poster's question and not temporarily off-topic at all. Naturally, they wouldn't increase infinitely at all and won't be able to reach High 3-A. Nothing invalid about that at all. They couldn't just train the normal way. They already attained their Super Saiyan forms, and trained with godly ki and mastering their use in it.
