What speed would be required to burn off a dragged victim's feet (and then the whole body)?

So this is for a profile I am working on. This might also be KE if it is allowed idk.

Wendigos grab their victims, dragging them and running so fast that the victim's feet burn away from being dragged. Also at the end of the story a man is litterally just asses after a wendigo encounter.

Is there a speed for this?

Sadly, speed didn't have a say in this. Heat in this case is a byproduct of friction force and it depends on what kind of materials are being rub together and the force it press together. Speed could change the force involved by, for example, create a lift force and reduce the friction but it's not the main component. From your example, the thing u could calculate from it is the AP feat of the guy being dragged. (You would get the force that guy need to plant his foot on the ground hard enough to burn from friction)

But the Wendigo is the one doing the force on the guy to have his feet on the ground. As for the materials, the wendigos are in norther part of Canada.

Wendigo force would be calculate with his(her?, it?) victim force, acceleration from both him and his victim (same speed after collision), his own mass and his victim mass. However, from the context u give me, only the victim force can be calculated.

About vaporizing, it need to completely vaporized the target to count as vaporize. Leaving the ash means there're still part that didn't become vapor so it's invalid. Also, the link to vaporize feat u use is the one that vaporize the target immediately. Your case need time for the body to turn into ash so u can't use that.

So this is unquantifiable, meaning unknown tier and speed? Because the speed in the story is referred to as superhuman so I think somthing like "At least SuperHuman" with the addtion of "likely far higher" but idk, maybe not. Strength I am gussing is Peak Human or something lowish. Tier is unknown, because the Wendigo's weight is unknown. Correct?
