The Jangly Man has its own profile already in the VSBW, and it is classified as wall level. However, there is an issue with the car crash calc used in the profile.

The calc used the weight of a crown victoria (3719 lbs), which is a vehicle that only began production until the 90s, which is obviously an incorrect value to use for the calc since the film “Scary Stories To Tell In The Dark” takes places in the 60s

I’m going to consider the average weight for a vehicle in the 70s, since it’s the closest I got to the weight of a car near the end of the 60s.

So, according to this https://www.forbes.com/sites/samabu...-getting-heavier-or-are-they/?sh=7bef209d4518

The weight of an average vehicle in the 70s was 4060 lbs

4060 lbs = 1841.585 kg

The one thing the calc in the Vsbw profile did get right was that the speed limit during the 60s was 50 mph

50 mph = 22.352 m/s

The Jangly Man did get ran up against a truck, so he must have received the entire energy of the car.

Having figured out this information, let’s do a simple kinetic energy calc with it.

1841.585 x 22.352^2 x 0.5 = 460,038.894114 Joules (Wall Level)

This gives The Jangly Man a higher level than what was presented in the VSBW calc.

Small Note: The Jangly Man shouldn’t have Technology Manipulation, since it is ambiguous how he even causes the power outage of the police station in the first place, and if he did have such manipulation, he would of at least caused the police vehicle Ramon was driving to malfunction.
