What power is Flipping Manipulation?

So yeah, in regards to the title, I plan to post a profile for Isabel Guerra, a character in the webcomic Paranatural. Long story short, she gains the ability to "flip things" later in the story, and I wanted to know what this power would qualify as (Limited Spatial Manipulation, Teleportaion?)

Here's some examples:

• Flips off her teacher.

• Her hip pet turtle explains the ability .

I don't know, because it's implied that the "flipping" is intantanious. When she's fighting Spender, it takes her across a small space, from one side of her teacher to the other.
