Higher Dimensional Realm-
First, I will explain the higher plane in Rick And Morty first. In R&M Fiction, there is a Meta Reality that is required to pass through the Fourth wall to reach it [1].
I think this is enough to be labeled L1-C because in the R&M universe there is also a Higher dimension, namely 4D spatial, which does not mention having to pass through the Fourth wall [2], at least Meta Reality is superior to this Higher dimension.
It is also explained that the Story Lord who entered Meta Reality has surpassed fiction, which means that indirectly there is a Reality>Fiction Gap here [3].
Next, I will use a small detailed discussion video for further reference and explanation, the video explains that the Portal gun cannot reach Meta Reality, in R&M a Plane will be special if it cannot be reached by the Portal gun which is interdimensional portal travel, not Extradimensional.

Minor Storytelling devices are Meta Elements that are shown to underlie things and also reality, as shown when Rick and Morty use Meta Viewing, they can see aspects and information/code/script that underlie Reality [4].
Conclusion: If you manipulate Meta Elements, you will get Plot Manipulation, Reality Warping, Information Manipulation Type 2 (?).
2. Major Storytelling device
Is The Living Concept or Storytelling device that is alive and is conceptual and is part of the plot [5], such as Miss Lead, Connie Tinuityerror (Parody of Continuity Error), and Protagonick which I don't need to explain what concept it represents, it is shown that Protagonick can affect the entire R&M story until it even changes its title temporarily [6], so the ability of Meta Storytelling devices can affect the story structure in metafiction.
It doesn't stop there, Joseph Campbell, who is part of the Meta Storytelling device, still survives after Reality is destroyed by Rhett Caan and also says that his abstraction, Mythology, has not changed [7].
