IIRC it was agreed on the Diavolo thread that his snailing takes over 10 seconds to kick in, which should give Strange enough time to kill Weather.

Well if it takes ten seconds it can give Strange enough time to do something possibly. Guess I will vote Incon, either Strange does something right or he gets snailed.
