I don't think this is a real fight, I mean both have really bad stuff happen to them but 1440 is considerably more durable so one of two things are going to happen. 1) One of them triggers an event that can and does kill both of them, therefore making the match inconclusive or 2) They trigger an event that would hurt 1440 but kill Milo due to being vary frail when compared to 1440. So more likely than not 1440 is gonna walk away alive. The reason I assume this is because of the nature of their powers, they would be in a fist fight and an event would trigger and since they have to be in close range to fight the event would hit both of them.
