Eh, why the hell not. Those two characters share quite a few similarities, and although them literally fighting most likely isn't something that would happen, it'd be interesting to discuss about how they would interact, in any case... or maybe not. Anyhow:

Now the question would be: Can jeffries affect a nonexistent omnipresent through a multiverse? His plot manip is cute, but it doesn't seem to have feats on that scale.

In principle he could, considering he kinda exists outside of the verse's narrative in a realm where it all is just a movie, and can alter the canonical status of it by blowing the steam of his kettle.

Although the question would be if he would actually use it in this fight, considering it shouldn't really be in-character for him to use it out of nowhere and against someone who effectively isn't there. Not to mention his sanity is not exactly in its best conditions, as it stands, and he seems to barely be able to tell the difference between any points in time anymore.
