[Your first hit is guaranteed to land. With your demon of mutation and insanely high stats already, think of how far your could throw that. Chuck that shit, if there is a chance it will land, then it will. In combination with Phantasm Punishment which will basically conceptually **** anyone it hits on the first blow.
