Voldemort VS Harry Dresden

Voldemort only has one life, his wand and no information on Harry.

Harry has all his main weapons (swordcan,Staff, Rings,blasting rod, sheild bracelet and enchanted duster) and only that Voldemort is a powerful user of magic.

Basically I want to see who would win in a fight when these two are at their primes. If you think I made some sort of mistake let me know.

Oh and a seperate thing is if Harry also had a gun, since he always uses a revolver lets use a .357

Well I don't know when Harry is at his strongest.

Besides I said count the gun as a seperate battle

If they are at their strongest that means Harry is the Winter Knight and Voldemort has the Elder Wand. I'm giving this to Harry low difficulty, the only way I can see him losing is if he decides to tank an Avada Kedavra instead of dodging it, since he doesn't have previous knowledge of the spell. Otherwise he should be superior to Voldemort in all stats and general fighting abilities.

A gun only makes this easier for Harry.

As much as I love Dresden, with only the knowldge that Voldemort is a powerful spell caster, he's going to lose. Voldemort will cast Avada Kerdavra and Harry will try to block it with his shield rings, or his duster, except Avada Kerdavra can't be blocked by magic.

If you were to give Dresden knowledge of Avada Kedavra, Dresden wins, as he knows to dodge AK or block it with a magic construct, can shrug off imperius with his insane willpower, and his duster and shield rings can block most other magic, while throwing out fireballs, ice spears, and force pushes with ease.

Actually... Now that I think about it, the Harry Potter books do in fact exist in the Dresdenverse. So really, Dresden would actually know/recognise Voldemort and AK. And even if he doesn't think "oh a book character has come to life to kill me", he's probably going to be a little wary about trying to use a magic shield to block a spell he knows is named after an unblock able (at least by magic) spell. Changing my vote to Dresden, cuz at full power he has plenty of options on how to avoid/physically block AK, and even more options on how to crush Voldy
