I'm guessing darsh has to get close to his opponent to get his nail into them to activate accused and that's where Kahn comes in

It's Soul Destruction. So no his Regen won't help.

Shaka with 8th sense has total control of his soul(resistance included)

As I said before, for me it's inconclusive: Dark has no techniques to defeat Shaka for good in one single attack; but on the other hand he has a defensive technique that protects him from those of the gold saint, of course with speed equal and with Agyo restricted.
 
This is a nice battle. Gold Saints in general are outdated but let's go with what they already got.

Rikudō Rinne seems like it coulf take Darsh out. Reason being it isn't an illusion. It sends the soul of the opponent to one of 6 realms randomly. In some of these realms their are Gods and Demons and such. The only reason Ikki was able to come back was because he was rejected by the realm he was in. The realms seem to have different time because Ikki had to go through many hardships to comeback. It depends on the realm he is sent too and if he can travel back for Darsh to counter the ability.

Shaka's illusions are so potent that he can make the opponent view universes with trillions upon trillions of miles but in reality you are trapped in the Buddha's hand.

Kha can deflect attacks that Darsh throws.
