Dragon Ball Super (3-A) Vegeta: 1 (Firephoenixearl)

Zoku Owarimonogatari (10-A with High 8-C creation) Koyomi Araragi: 2 (Zamasu Cha, Ionliosite)

Inconclusive: 0

Location: Koyomi's home town.

Scenario: The battle starts at the point in Zoku just before Koyomi triggers the arc's reality warping event. This event canonically warps reality on a town-wide scale, materializing the regrets and bad memories of everyone in the town, making them real in one way or another.

Speed is equalized. For anything not mentioned in this post, SBA applies.

The canonical effects from the reality warping are described on Koyomi's profile. I can answer any further questions about it in-thread.

What regrets and bad memories get materialized for Vegeta, and does this lead to a conclusive result?

Apparently koyomi can bring out regrets.

So Vegeta having regrets about losing to goku or being weaker will literally mean, goku just gets reality warped into the fight and beats the hell outta vegeta. Or sth like that.

I mean this is just what I know from a bit of context agnaa gave me. i don't know anything about this guy otherwise so I'll wait for agnaa so approve what I said to make sure I didn't misunderstand before voting.

In fact I think this is a win for the V. Sure vegeta might not be able to beat goku, but their battle will vaporize koyomi. And goku doesn't kill prince vegetarian either way.

Koyomi doesn't have shapeshifting in his second key.

He can create characters from regrets with the same power as the original.

Adding votes to the OP.

Uhm...agnaa?

I voted vegeta.

Whoops, I just need to swap the votes, put Koyomi's under Vegeta's and Vegeta's under Koyomi's. mb.

Bump.

In Vegeta's regrets, he only lost to Goku. Goku never straight up killed him. Why would the clone of Goku made of Vegeta's regret fully defeat Vegeta here? He can be fighting Goku and take one glance at Koyomi with a Kiai and Koyomi would still indeed completely explode.

btw this is SBA, killing isn't the only viable wincon. 1 hour KO and 24 hour incap also work.

Yes, but Goku isn't in the fight in the literal meaning. Goku's just there cus Vegeta regrets losing to him, there is no reason why Goku would be affected by SBA at all, as the Goku that's being summoned is Goku from the canon, not SBA goku.

Their fight would nuke the battlefield though, Koyomi wouldn't survive that.

Sure but what I'm trying to say is that if Goku KO's Vegeta that would count as a win (assuming Araragi doesn't die in the proces), he wouldn't have to kill Vegeta.

Would the match be more viable if I used a different key for Vegeta? Would a match in the 5-B key still have the same regrets but be less likely to have the battlefield nuked?

Bump!
