Since Vegeta can't breathe in space, his only real way of winning is keeping his distance (which he does in character), or turning Great Ape.

For this one, he has to make sure that Sakura won't get the jump on him, because if she does, he gets pegged in H2H/CQC. Is there a way Sakura can counter this?
This will be a last resort, and I honestly think that Vegeta can win if he turns into Great Ape. It all depends on whether or not he gets the chance to.

She has much higher AP, which she can amp further with 100 Healings, Even Great Ape with its 10 times multiplier would only be a few times stronger then her, She also has dura neg.
She can amp her speed to FTE levels for a small amount of time with Body Flicker
Sakura also has Good Regen so Ki Blasts honestly will barely do anything to her combined with her much higher durability
Vegeta can outrange but he isn't likely to keep flying away to attack her with Ki Blasts so she will close the distance
Vegeta blowing up the Planet means he loses obviously as Sakura can survive in space

Yes, he'd believe it's broken. This behavior is very typical for Frieza Force goons including Vegeta or Nappa
