the Team has 3 years of preparation, before taking the first step towards its goals.
They have knowledge about the abilities and powers of the verse but little knowledge about the lore (for example they only have basic knowledge about bijuus) the rest they will have to discover as time goes by.
the kara organization does not exist, they are the only threats that exist.
Aizen has Hōgyoku, but it starts in its base form.
they start in a village isolated from the other five large villages.

Three Years??????

The Bleach Trio clears the Narutoverse. Even without prep time, it should be really easy to control the village they start in as a base. With Aizen's Hypnosis, he'll have total control over the village, and from there, they can literally spiderweb their way to the top. By the time they reach Konoha, they'll have the other 4 large villages with them. In fact, I'm sure each of them can do so by themselves.. 3 years is just overkill
