Hmm...

Unicron cannot get killed as long as there is malice in the world, and Solaris is malice itself.

Unicron can simply kill him off, and to tell you the truth, Solaris doesn't have any way of killing Unicron. He cannot defeat a being that survived being erased from existence and history, and Solaris' healing factor can is around Low-Godly, which can force him to regenerate being erased out of existence as long as a piece of his soul still lingers, but there is no way that Solaris can survive from Unicron's superior hax.

Unicron takes this mid-difficulty.
