Why do we not have at most 8-B Sans for blocking Flowey’s attacks again

Tbf that could be a good reason.
Sans´ bone needed to be strong enough to block Flowey´s petals. A single one of them could deal 19 damage to Frisk.
I know this was Photoshop Flowey etc... But couldn´t we argue that these ones should still be at least 8-B and that if Sans was only 9-A he wouldn't be able to block them?

It’s pretty obvious that Flowey is massively holding back in that situation as well, since Frisk does not die and other monsters block his attacks easily as well… there is a reason why Frisk does not have a Low 2-C rating.
So at most 8-B Sans should be legit

Actually, it appears that Papyrus was the one who blocked the pellets, and if not that, then both Papyrus and sans together made the bone.

What do you guys think about giving Weapon Mastery to Undyne?
This ability is defined as "use one or more types of close combat weaponry with greater skill than the average person."
I think Undyne fits this because she was stated to collect multiple knives, swords, axes,etc... And since she is the leader of the Royal Guard she should be able to use them very well. She should be the one who taught The Royal Guards how to use their swords so I guess she could have this ability.

scaling Undyne to that because of Tsunderplane is kinda stupid (Vulkin and Knight Knight attacks aren't real asteroids and electricity), you might as well say she gets to relativistic speed because she's faster than Frisk and Frisk dodges ejecta from exploding stars during the Asriel fight and supernova ejecta have relativistic speeds

If Im not mistaken, Alphys has Massively HYPERsonic speed because she blocked Flowey´s petals. With this logic, shouldnt Undyne have it too?

This is probably the Mayor, as they were planning to rob the Holiday manor (the Mayor is a Holiday) and this is consistent with what Alphys says about her:

Do we even know if Rudy was strong prior to becoming unwell? In theory, all of Noelle's strength could have come from her mother, & AtM, Rudy is kind of featless, no?
I personally don't like the idea that he was below average monster strength (Be that Tier 9 or whatever.), but I do feel it's worth considering the possibility.

It does make some sense if it's the mayor. She'd be home on The Holiday, & while it'd seem odd for her to attack someone, it being someone they'd expect not to get out & spread word means they probably felt free to do so.
I do wonder if that means freeing the WNB sets up some kind of future conflict. But it's optional, so...?
To his credit, if he were healthy, a grown man claiming he could beat either of two teens individually would be reasonable.
But given that he's bedridden, it's very likely he's just putting on a front of being jovial & healthy for his daughter, Noelle.
Unrelatedly, while looking up the mayor to search for other info on her, I found an interesting fan theory, lol:
Dess and Mayor Holiday AREN'T reindeer
Three pieces of evidence:
- As this Wiki says, Noelle, Dess and Rudy existed in the Undertale universe. Sans says, "the antelered girl and her big sis," suggesting, again, as the Wiki puts it, that Dess did not have antlers. This says something about Mayor Holiday as well, because, by inheritance, if both her mum AND dad have antlers, she should have them too. Rudy has antlers, so Mayor Holiday likely doesn't.
- Rudy claims that Noelle's mum slapped him. This might be getting too deep into technicalities, but is 'slapping' a possible action with hooves?
- Diamond Boy in Sans' shop mentions the 'hooved girl.' Again, as though no-one else matches the description. I'm sure no-one else would call the mayor a 'hooved girl' even if she did have hooves, but it would still be confusing if he used that term while a well-known female Hometown citizen had hooves. And although Dess is missing right now (but still alive, I'm sure), it would be odd to use that term if someone else known with that description - the mayor's daughter - recently lived there.

What the ****
You cannot revert the MHS+ stuff coz of this:
- Do not attempt to downgrade the characters' speeds from their Massively Hypersonic+ ratings, based on the argument that Vulkin's lightning attacks aren't as fast as natural lightning due to them seemingly not behaving as such in movement and shape, and/or monsters' attacks being magic. Monsters in Undertale have showcased to control their magic in order to generate bullet patterns, other than magical attacks having showcased to be comparable to their real-life counterparts, examples being Toriel's fire behaving as such, Papyrus' bones being actual ones, or also Mettaton being able to use the electricity from his core thanks to him being a robot, with said electricity also behaving as the real one. Debates regarding the topic have grown repetitive and tiresome.
Those attacks are Immeasurable actually.

The only way to roll back MHS+ right now would be to downgrade Vulkin from 8-B.
