Ultimate Lifeforms-Kars vs Meruem

Kars via regen, reactive evolution, absorbtion and acid

AP means shit when the opponent can still beat you with hax and wins in every category.
 
Meruem prefers cqc as far as I can tell from the Netero fight. He comes and punches Kars, which leads to him being absorbed and Kars being splattered at the same time. However, Kars can regen from gibs fairly quickly via scaling above Straizo and Dio while Meruem loses a significant part of his body as the best outcome for him, or instantly dies after losing some vital organ to Kars'absorption. Also, since Kars is alive even when splattered, his gibs should be able to do the cellular level acid + absorption combo as well, so Meruem will undoubtedly be bathed in gibs and get some new holes as a result. That just ends horribly for him.

Presumably Kars' absorption but Meruem can stop Kars' absorption by just scaring the shit out of Kars with his Ren. Unless Hamon can substitute Ten, he's going to be feeling ALL of it.

Kars absorption occurs in his skin so any attempt to remove means touching the skin meaning you have to challenge the acid of the skin

Also Regenerationn and shapeshifting that it's present in every cell of DNA meaning if Meruem blows up Kars in,let's say,36 gibs then that means that soon Meruem will have to deal with a army of 36 Kars with iq 400 who can shapeshift into many animals UP TO ancient beasts
 
Kars, likewise, acts out of fear and does a desperate bone blade or desperate absorbtion

Which works complete wonders and cuts him in half or absorbs his body thus winning the fight.
 
Yeah I feel like Meruem's Ten can protect him from Kars' absorption. Kars' baseline 8-A bone blade is gonna shatter on Meruem's skin.
 
I also want to point out that Meruem's Ren is so intense that it completely freezes high-end 8-A's in their tracks. Kars is most likely gonna be too scared to even move.
 
Kars' bone blade should absolutely negate durability based on how it works but that's not on the profile

Why would ten protect him from being absorbed

Alright, how does Kars' bone blade work and how does it neg durability?
 
This isn't even relevant until Meruem somehow has an answer to not die to the poison he carries
 
Kars doesn't completely absorb on contact btw. It's not passive. Esidisi didn't absorb the dead Loggs and Stroheim didn't get lolabsorbed by Santana or Kars.

If it's just gonna be a battle of attrition then what even is the point of this thread.
 
Esidesi's fight with Loggs was offscreen and we know that Hamon prevents the absorption so he probably couldn't so he killed Loggs with brute force when he pulled his lungs out. Santana wasn't trying to absorb Stroheim, he was hiding inside of his body. Kars never physically touched Stroheim unless you are talking about the squirrel but that squirrel just went through the metal part of his body. It's a passive that they can turn on and off. Like a lightbulb.
 
Like, after he killed him? I don't know, maybe he wasn't hungry or wanted to keep the body around for replacements in case of him losing any limbs when other Hamon users came.
 
I kinda forgot about this, but Kars can use Hamon which 100% ignores dura. If Kars infuses his attacks with Hamon, hits from him would cause Meruem to get organ failure minimum, or just outright melt.
 
Kars doesnt use Hamon in character, like....at all. He only did that time because he wanted to kill Joseph with the latter's own attack. In character he prefer to use some animal skill or something like that

But hey, still doesnt matter, because this is a mismatch cus Meruem still dies from poison...........
