What's stopping Xiao from just running Meruem through with his spear gg?

Xiao resists Nen Crush since he had to deal with much worse for millennia, and his spear is 6C, meaning, with Meruem's lack of regeneration, he's screwed once he gets hit

Meruem might have a small AP advantage, but Xiao's burst makes him stronger every second he uses it, plus he passively doubles his defenses when he's injured
