Chess is a one of kind game with a different kind of intelligent thinking and if Yama/Yugi is the King of Games, Kaiba is not too far from them, so based on the fact that Kaiba probably has the best chance to win. Though I guess that puts Sora as a very solid contender. But if teh question is the straight up smartest, then of course I'm picking Reed.
