So what will do we scale mid and low tier witches to? Any thoughts?

No. But prep time feats can probably be universal. All they need is right catalysts, right channeling, right herbs, right celestial event and knowledge to do the same otherworldly stuff

How are we going to interpret 100 witch Bonnie being able to Kill Klaus [hax? Or enough AP can overpower Klaus’ immortality?]

I personally think it’s hax or either retconned since 100 witch Bonnie is tmk lower on the power totem poll than witches like Dahlia, The Regents, Inadu, etc, yet none of them could just overpower and kill Klaus

I think it's hax. Besides, Klaus was weakened at the time.
