TVDU High Tier Reevaluation

This is to remove the Tier 4 ratings for TVDU characters that were proposed and accepted in this thread
Now, these feats DID happen. What I’m going against is their applicability combat-wise
The OP mentioned 3 different feats, but somehow, all three got the same rating
The only accepted Tier 4 feats in the thread were the creation of prison worlds. That means, Cade and Qetsiyah would get downgraded to 5-B
Bonnie is scaled to Prison World Creation because she:

She could create a Prison realm without the aid of any celestial event

But that's not true. The very scan linked says something completely different:

Bonnie: Well, I have been a bit psychic lately, so we both know that your worst fear is going back to a prison world.

Kai: You can't do that. Creating a prison world requires...

Bonnie: One of these, right? Some Gemini magic. Josie and Lizzie are really making strides. I helped a little, but... you gotta admit, this is impressive.

By her own admission, her own input was minimal
In addition, the OP attempted to diminish the weight of celestial events in the creation. There's no evidence provided that Bonnie bypassed the need for celestial events with her own power. Her contribution was likely only the bennet blood. So, nobody scales to the Prison World Creation
This should stop her from scaling to Tier 4. She can scale to 5-B since she did create a Psychic World like Cade

Now, for the Psychic World's scaling (sike)
No evidence was offered for the Earth-like size of these realms. Since we don't know the size, the rating should be removed and replaced with "far higher". I was going to make a section disagreeing with scaling it to AP, but I'll leave that for now until someone proposes a proper size for it

This now leaves Qetsiyah's Other Side as the only valid feat left for scaling. It's starting to look outliery but eh.
Scaling Changes

• Qetsiyah gets downgraded to 5-B (59.44 Zettatons)
• Silas scales to Qetsiyah per the justification on his page
• Hope Mikaelson scales per the justification in her tribrid key
• Ken scales per, well, beating Hope so badly she got sent to Limbo

Could u not just limit it to 4B with creation? Is there also not enough reasoning to believe that cade probably scales above everyone in the verse (barring the gods)

1. 4-B (should be L2-C) really can't scale to anyone because prison worlds require celestial events to power the creation spell
2. Cade's dimension has no stated or implied size, ergo, no rating
2.1 There's no reason to assume Cade scales above the whole verse. I very much doubt he scales above someone like Inadu or Qet. But nothing connects them anyway so it doesn't matter

If i had the time and motivation, I'll probably remove the 5-B feat because it's very outliery. But very few people scale there so i can concede to that for now

I’m not really sure on the celestial event relevance bit here. Right after Bonnie assures Kai on his eternity in the prison world, she says there is no celestial event to bail him out this time. And for one, we know that in most prison worlds, the energy for its sustainability is powered by a celestial event, just the same way it’s created. That same energy is also needed to escape it. The prison worlds are like a snapshot of the modern world at its creation, and they extend that way indefinitely, so any celestial event they had during its creation will be present at the prison world just like how the 1994 & 1903 prison world functioned.

Therefore, the statement bonnie made can be asserted or even interpreted as the energy needed for the creation of said prison realm, came from her. For all we know, there is no celestial event that could have been used, and there’s no other method that we know.

But then again, Bonnie also states that she had little input/help during the creation which directly contradicts the logic of her being the source of the magic needed to create the prison. So it can be listed as Unknown due its ambiguity, or maybe give it to the twins since they were implied to have done the most work.

She was likely just lying to discourage Kai from trying anything because in Legacies S2 E 12, we see that every day has a full moon (which forces diego to keep transforming into a werewolf every day)

Kai also implies the same
