Honestly I have no idea what Kaguya is gonna even do with intell against Law, like she isn't a strategic type character so I doubt she's gonna do anything with that.
Law on the other hand knows her abilities and such, and is much smarter therefore he'll be avoiding her attacks while countering with his own.

Infinite Tsukuyomi, the jutsu she uses to amass chakra or build armies, something she isn't doing here because there is nobody here to fight
And if she does choose to go near civilians, law can switch her soul with one, and body that civilian, killing them
TSOs, the technique that she never uses, the one that the only time she uses it is with the big one where she needs to get the IT activated first

Kaguya's only move with better range that she'll use is her merging in nature and attacking, which Law can counter with Mes or extra large slices destroying the area
her durability is good, Law ignores durability, cutting regardless of durability
she does not have a 5-B heart, nor does she have a Class T heart. He can take her heart and squeeze it or stab it and she's dead
She was pressed against Naruto and she didn't use Infinite Tsukuyomi.

"Bruh." they ******* sealed her and she never kept up with them in hand to hand. Shit Naruto and Sasuke were even dogging her alien ass, the issue with Kaguya isn't her skill, experience, intelligence or anything like that. It's her hax and AP that made her a threat, she doesn't scale to Hagoromo and Hamura nor Sasuke and Nard in any way shape or form.
