That doesn't matter, he just needs to effect the ground under him to not be moved, no?
no, he's getting flat out discombobulated and shaken around from the entire land he's on getting pushed to the other side of the country

I don't think that's an issue for him considering he fought Blackbeard, was there during the end of Marineford. He's also a pirate who spends 90% of his time in the Grand Line where there are always storms and he's always getting shaken around.

This shouldn't be an issue for him.

Blackbeard just tilts an island

She flat out rearranges every square meter the island is comprised of

Irene got that swanky hax, but so does Law.

Law does resist transmutation, like Kachon said, as he resisted Doc's Rule 63 disease with Haki.

That said, Irene does one-shot, can enchant the very air around Law and just rain Hell on him, and if she wants can do what Dr. Doom did to Lex Luthor in DB and just switch bodies with Law, stab Law's body, and switch back.

Voting Irene.

How in-character is this option for Irene to use in combat? And how does she switch bodies?
Irene does one-shot,
Both can apply One-shot here, Law just needs to move his sword.

Law can simply get out of range with teleportation, or redirect attacks with telekinesis.

Irene switched bodies with Wendy. So it is in character.

I still don't see how Universe One effects Law here.

His Room can extend several times over 50 km (extending far above what the eyes can see, with people easily being able to see across a 50 km river). With that range added to his ability to control everything in it, Universe One isn't doing anything to him.

Law resisting Biological Manipulation via Haki.
Law got rid of biological manipulation simply because Haki partially nullifies the effects of akumas no mi, however this has nothing to do with Magic and there is no evidence that he can resist transmutation by anything other than a Devil fruit.

Universe One reaches all of Fiore and can send Acnologia other side of the ocean, so how will that mere 50km be of any help to Law? Fiore itself is almost as big as Russia.

What is Magic in Fairy Tail based on? Is it spiritual?
