Yes. Law himself was able to withstand Big Mom and Kaidou's Haōshoku Haki, which scales far above users that can knock people out by simply being in their presence while having it active.

Raiden's dura neg actually wouldn't work on Law when protecting himself with Haki. His own spatial-cutting durability negation didn't work on Doflamingo and Hawkins for the same reason.

Haki doesn't just protect from abilities that come from Devil Fruits specifically. It works against any ability that has ever been showcased by a Devil Fruit so Haki would indeed help.

block devil fruit abilities, not block devil fruits themselves... The abilities from devil fruits are the same as any other ability... Flame flame fruit uses natural fire and you can block the heat the same way you can block an other heat that's outside of devil fruits
